Is it safe to buy jewellery online?

Of course, it is as safe as online banking and shopping clothing and accessories on the internet. We keep your personal and financial information safe and at the same time, ensure the security of payments as well. And you can always rely on the trust and credibility that P.P. Jewellers are renowned for. Our products are 100% authenticated, which means that you need not worry about their purity and authenticity.

Are your products authenticated?

As we are associated with P.P. Jewellers, we carry the legacy of four decades that the brand is renowned for. Additionally, we make each of our products go through stringent quality checks and then provide an authentication certificate to validate their quality and authenticity.

How can I place an order on Anjum Jewels?

  • Explore our collection, choose the piece you want and click on the “Buy Now” button or click on “Add to Cart” button to continue shopping and add more products to cart.
  • You will be taken to your shopping cart page. Just click on “Place Order” button and you will be asked to make payment for the piece. Alternatively, click on “Continue Shopping” button for adding more products in your shopping cart.
  • Enter your details, including name, email ID, contact number, and billing and shipping addresses and proceed to payment.
  • There you will also get the option to put discount code. Put in the section provided to avail the offer.
  • Choose the payment mode you want and complete the payment.
  • You will receive an email for order confirmation on the email address you shared while placing the order.

How can I track my order?

  • You will also receive regular updates regarding your order over WhatsApp and email.

Can we make custom jewellery?

  • Yes, we can do customization in our own designs in 925 Silver with Swarovski zirconia. However, you are requested to send details of your requirements to our email info@anjumjewels.com. Once the details are received, we will evaluate them and inform you whether such a creation can be made. For any queries, please feel free to call us on +91 84488 54244.
  • Typically, it takes about 2-3 weeks to get the customisation done.
  • Costing of the customized design depends entirely on the final product. There could be a variation in the final pricing depending on the weight of the final product.

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen's display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site.

What are the methods of payment I can use while shopping on Anjum Jewels?

We accept Credit/ Debit/ Net banking/ UPI payments via PayU for domestic and PayPal for International payments. We accept Master Card, Visa, PayPal and American Express.

For orders within India, we also offer Cash on Delivery option. For international purchases, we do not offer COD option.

Is it safe to pay with debit/credit card?

Yes, you can absolutely pay with debit/credit card without any security concerns. Our site integrates a secure payment gateway which makes use of the latest SSL encoding technology for encrypting and decrypting all the data that is sent through it. This ensures that none of your information including card details is stored or visible to other entities.

Do I need to sign for my order at the time of delivery?

Due to the demi-fine silver jewellery that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. We request you to please present your valid photo-id to our courier partner while receiving the order.

Do I incur shipping charges?

Delivery within India: Free- We provide FREE shipping within India on every order.

Delivery outside India: For International deliveries, we offer Free shipping on orders above Rs.15,000/-

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes.

We offer Free Shipping anywhere in India and there will be no extra cost incurred other than the prices shown on the product page.

We offer free shipping anywhere outside India on orders above Rs. 15,000. For Orders less than Rs. 15,000/- additional shipping charges have to be borne by the customer.

In our checkout page we will only mention the courier costs to an international destination. Any other costs (customs, duties, taxes) will be over and above the same.

Are there any hidden costs?

When you buy from us, you need not incur any hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price which is mentioned on the product page is the final price of the product. What you see is what you pay!

How long will it take for my order to be despatched?

Typically, we just take max. 24hrs. to despatch the orders.

How safe is my product?

Your order is shipped in a durable, tamper-proof packing which ensures that its contents remain intact. Please do not accept a package if it appears to be tampered with.

Do I need to share my PAN card details?

Yes, you need to share them if you are buying products more than Rs 2 lac in value. You will be required to submit details while checking out.

How do I return an item I purchased?

The return policy is valid only in case of damage-in-transit or delivery of incorrect product. The customer has to intimate us about the damaged/incorrect product(s) along with a picture of the product within two days of delivery. They have to return the original contents (original packaging, invoice and product), certificates and any additional material sent with the shipment and ensure that the packet is properly sealed. Our QC team will inspect the returned products upon receiving them. Upon successful processing of return, the refund of the purchase amount of returned product(s) will be initiated. Once the return is processed, the corresponding amount will be credited back to your Anjum Credit Wallet to be used for future purchases. How much is the lifetime exchange value offered on Anjum Jewels?

We offer Life Time Exchange for Travel Jewellery (Swarovski) & Traditional (24K Gold Plated) Jewellery. You can get 60% exchange value of the products in your Anjum Credit Wallet, whereas 40% will be deducted. For example, an exchange value of Rs 6,000 will be given on the exchange of jewellery worth Rs 10,000, which means that you can buy anything worth Rs 6,000 while the remaining Rs 4,000 will be deducted.
